Medications and supplies are sent and processed through one of our two pharmacies, one in California and the other in North Carolina.

As you are referred to Nufactor as a new patient, our in-house Nursing Support team is immediately researching the nursing options local to you to ensure that you have an RN to accommodate your infusion schedule.

Our Client Services Specialist (CSS) team is the best in the industry. Our CSS team is designed to geographically cover major regions in the U.S. Upon admission onto Nufactor Pharmacy, your CSS will be you main point of contact throughout your therapy. Because your CSS will be in your time zone, you can find comfort in being able to contact you CSS during normal business hours in your region.
