Once a patient has been admitted under Nufactor’s care, a Client Services Specialist (CSS) becomes their main point of contact. The CSS will be on call 24/7 and will continually provide one-on-one support throughout the patient’s infusion therapy, including:
- Placing monthly orders.
- Tracking and confirming all shipments.
- Scheduling infusions with the patient’s RN.
- Addressing non-clinical issues or concerns (and facilitating transfer to a clinician to address clinical issues or concerns).
- Monthly assessments to check on infusion therapy and status updates.
